Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Once your order is received, it will be packed and shipped within 1-3 business days except for custom orders with lead time. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, along with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey.
Shipping Rates
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and weight.
International Delivery
We do not offer international shipping at this present time only uk mainland and Ireland.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. You can use this tracking number to monitor your delivery status through the carrier’s website.
Lost or Damaged Items
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team via our contact page within 24hrs of delivery. We’ll assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
If item arrives damaged please mark item as damaged on delivery with courier.
Address Errors
Please double-check your shipping address when placing an order. If an error is found after your order has been submitted, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once the order has been processed.
