You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return your item. After 30 days, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds.

Conditions for Return
To complete your return, the item must be:

Custom Items
Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for returns.

Sale Items
Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.

Refunds
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items and custom items cannot be refunded. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same one, please email us via our contact page and we,will,arrange this for you.
